We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

What items are not eligible for return?

The following items are excluded from standard returns:

  • Customized jewelry: Tailored pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if a production error occurred, we’ll gladly repair it within 14 days.
  • Loose diamonds: Not eligible for credit refunds, but may be exchanged for a similar or alternative stone within 14 days.
  • Wholesale orders: Final sale. Repairs are available if a production error is identified within 14 days.
  • Resized rings: Eligible for free resizing with no additional charge.
  • Non-customized jewelry: Fully refundable within 14 days.
Can I initiate a return online?
